FAQs

No question is too silly. On this page you will find our most asked questions. If your question has not been answered, please do not hesitate to contact us to ask.

Where are you located?

We are located in Petts Wood, Orpington, Kent. We are the same side as Daylight Inn, opposite the Memorial Hall. Please see our Contact page for more information.

Do I need a patch test for any tint service if I’ve had one elsewhere?

Yes, if you have had a patch test elsewhere, we will still need to complete one ourselves, as the tints used may be different. A LVL patch test must always be done here in the salon 24-48 hours prior to the treatment with a £10.00 charge which is taken off service price.

What skin care do you use in the salon?

We use Environ skin care as our mainline product, and carry out Spa Facials using Natural Spa skin care products.

I’m under 12 weeks pregnant. Can I have any treatments?

No, for all of our treatments you do have to be over 12 weeks! Please see our Pregnancy Treatment page for more information.

Do you have any late night appointments?

We do yes! Tuesdays and Thursdays we are open from 10am until 8pm, and Saturdays we close at 5pm.

Do I need to bring flip flops for my pedicure?

Not if you choose to have a gel polish as it dries immediately. If you do not choose a gel polish then yes, we recommend bringing flip flops or open toed sandals, so that it allows time for your toe polish to dry.

Can I buy a treatment for a friend?

Yes, Indulgence in Beauty’s Gift Vouchers are available in the salon, by phone or post. They make the ideal gift for someone special. Contact us for more information.

How long does my hair need to be prior to my waxing session?

Your hair will need to be approximately 1cm.

How old do I need to be to visit your salon for a treatment?

You will need to be 16+ to be able to visit the salon alone. Younger clients will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Can I request a specific therapist for my treatment?

Yes! Our therapists love being requested as it is a huge compliment to their skills.
